Earth Data Support is the primary point of contact if any problems are encountered with LANCE-MODIS:

Users must register before accessing the LANCE-MODIS HTTPS sites. Please visit the Earth Data User Registration System (URS) at https://earthdata.nasa.gov/urs/register to register for a username and password.

Users may also use the MODAPS Web Services for LANCE-MODIS to search for and download products. Information about these services can be found in the MODAPS Web Services API for LANCE-MODIS.
